Description
The Shuswap region is renowned for its stunning lakes, vibrant communities, and unforgettable outdoor experiences. Take in the thrill of soaring through the trees and over waterfalls on the Shuswap Adventure Park zip-lines. For an extra thrill, experience the giant swing and freefall drop! Explore the welcoming community of Chase Village, known for its small-town charm, and spend time unwinding on the shores of Little Shuswap Lake.

What to Bring
- Swimwear, towel, change of clothes, plastic bag (if you would like to go in the water)
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
- Appropriate shoes for the zipline (must be closed-toe)
- Wear comfortable clothing that suits the day’s weather and secure, closed-toe footwear. Sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, and high heels are not permitted on the zipline tour.
- Pack snacks, water bottle, and lunch. Bring money for buying food, etc.

Getting Around Chase / TRU BUS
It takes 30-45 minutes to walk between the zipline and the beach. Do not walk on or near the train tracks. Cross the tracks at Pine Street and walk along 2nd avenue.
The TRU bus will be traveling between the zipline, village, and the beach/memorial park. You are welcome to hop on the bus to get between locations. (Note: times are approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.)

Swimming, Paddleboarding, and Kayaking
There is a nice swimming beach on Little Shuswap Lake. Note: there is no lifeguard on duty, so please use caution. If you are not a strong swimmer, it is a good idea to wear a life jacket for safety.
There is an opportunity to rent a paddleboard or a kayak for $20/hour from Little Shu Paddlesports
Hiking
There are some trails along the creek in the village, you can walk to the waterfalls, or up the Scartchard Mountain Switchback trails.
Places to eat
Food is not included on this trip, so consider packing a lunch or be prepared to buy food. The village of Chase has many places to eat. Next to the zipline, there are options including Subway, SafetyMart, and the Silver Fox Pub (which may be showing the World Cup Final).

Feel the rush as you freefall 30 feet and swing at speeds up to 80 km/h.

What to wear: Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. Appropriate footwear is essential and no flip-flops are allowed. Closed toe shoes are required for all activities. All participants are required to wear a safety helmet. Any guests that wear headdress, if possible, try to reduce it’s size to ensure we can fit a helmet over top. We will always do our best but it is required to wear a safety helmet.
